Communication Department Needs Assessments or Audits

To help organizational leaders develop the best communication department structure, resources and service offerings to meet business needs, Cross Wise Communications offers needs assessments or communications audits, including:

	One-on-one interviews with key internal clients, selected external stakeholders, current communications staff, organizational leaders, and staff in related functions.
	Review of current communication strategies, tools and resources.
	May include additional original research including employee surveys, external stakeholder or audience surveys, etc.
	Comparison of communications structure, service offerings and more with IABC Excellence Model [short PowerPoint overview] (an established "best practice")
	Recommendations for resources, service offerings, reporting relationships and structure - and a road map for implementation.
	Assistance with implementing the recommendations if required.

Depending on the scale, often projects are undertaken in partnership with Elaine Dixson, ABC, APR, MC of Key Concepts Ltd.
